Ionic (1902)
        
        A 12x10 negative.  A port side view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Ionic (1902) at anchor in Gravesend Reach, River Thames.  She is flying the blue peter and a pilot flag indicating her imminent departure on her maiden voyage to Wellington, New Zealand.   A Gamecock Steam Towing Co tug is alongside aft.
