A 12x10 negative. A distant port side view, taken from well ahead of the beam, of the passenger/cargo liner Kaipara (1903) under way in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She is passing Tilbury Docks bound up. She is lightly laden but has deck cargo on numbers 3 and 4 hatches. Tilbury Hotel is in the right background.
