All school sessions must be booked in advance. We do not accept provisional bookings. Once our Bookings team confirms your booking, a confirmation letter will be sent to the lead teacher and school finance team. Please note we have a strict 28 days cancellation period. If you would like to know more about our cancellation fees, please refer to our Booking Terms and Conditions below.

(If government restrictions prevent Royal Museums Greenwich from being able to deliver your booked sessions or prevent your school from visiting us, we would be happy to offer an alternative digital session or rearrange your booked visit for a later date).

Please make payment by card by calling 020 8312 6608. You must pay for your sessions before they begin. We can arrange for you to pay by BACS if requested.

We do NOT send invoices or accept payment by cheques.

Please note that in some cases we may not be able to provide a lunch room at the site you have chosen to visit, and may offer a lunch room at one of the other Royal Museums Greenwich sites.
Please consider your departure from school and arrival time, before choosing your preferred session start time.
