We have created a special Learning at Home section if you are looking for ideas to keep your students or children busy over the next few weeks.
A school visit to the Royal Observatory offers students an inspiring, curriculum-linked experience, with unparalleled opportunities to meet astronomers, engage with cutting-edge science and explore big ideas.

What you can choose from on your visit
We offer three types of very flexible visit days: a Discovery Day, a Space Spectacular Day and a Study Day (secondary only).
Depending on the key stage and what you choose your visit can be made of: a planetarium show, an interactive workshop or science theatre show, a masterclass, a self-facilitated visit to the Weller Astronomy Galleries and a time-slot in the lunch room.
