Come and practise Tai Chi Qigong on the brand new Ocean Map at the heart of the National Maritime Museum. The sessions will mindfully explore the interconnectedness of our watery world through flowing movements.

No prior experience is necessary, but please be aware there may be some stretching involved. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing and flat comfortable footwear (e.g. trainers)

The sessions are free to attend and open to all – no pre-booking is required. Not suitable for under 7s.
