2 small printed volumes: 1 is a list of Master Wardens, Livery and Freemen of the Co. of Loriners, 2 is an Act, Thames Watermen and Lightermen. Patent with seal (metal and wax, very fragile) to Robert Talbot for his invention 'A folding rudder for steering barges in the River Thames or coastwise' 16 May 1863.
