Collection of official papers to William King including Order to William King of the sloop CRAWFORD from David laind dated New York 27 April 1779; Order to Captain William from Patrick Muir dated New York 29 April 1779; an account for fitting out the sloop STONEFIELD for a voyage to Killybegs by William King March to April 1781; Disposition of William King to his wife while he was a prisoner including his will; Receipt issued to William King for 5/- towards the support of the light on the Smalls; a document titled National Protest at Capture of the STONEFIELD by a French Privateer dated Guernsey 29 September 1781; a permit of safe passage through England for William King issued from dock 15 May 1814, and a bill for fabrics from Elizabeth King to James Todd dated Ayr 1821-1822.
