In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
The BURLINGTON and the MERMAID, currently at Spithead and bound for Portugal, are to be supplied with tallow for boot-topping. The Captain of the LENOX has been ordered to transfer sufficient men to the BURLINGTON to bring her to her middle complement. The men transferred are to be paid before the ship sails from Spithead.
