Account of the bombardment and capture of St. Jean De Acre, 1840.

Single sheet with an account by Edward Wilds of the bombardment of the forts and capture of the town of St. Jean De Acre on 3 November 1840. On the reverse is a copy of a return of the ordnance, ammunition, small arms, etc. seized following the action, dated 7 November 1840. Wilds was a powder monkey on HMS EDINBURGH (1811) during the events.
