Documents related to the rescue of 87 Vietnamese refugees in 1980, when the ANDROS, captained by Nichol, came across the group in a sinking fishing boat in the South China Sea. Includes: one typed and one handwritten list of the rescued Vietnamese refugees, showing their name, date of birth, sex and occupation; a photograph of the refugees on board the ANDROS; and a congratulatory letter from Denholm to Captain Nichol and his wife.
