A transcription of the memoir written by Edward Beck circa 1850 (see JOD/266/6/1), on loose typescript sheets. It transcribes volumes 1 to 4 and the start of volume 5. This folder also contains photocopies of a portrait of Edward Beck made in 1828 and a Beck family tree published in 'The Pedigree Register' in March and June 1915.
