Giralda (1897)
A 12x10 negative. A slightly distant starboard broadside view of the general cargo spritsail rigged barge Giralda (1897) under sail during the Medway Barge Match. She has a numeral flag on her forestay. A gaff cutter is in the left background and a spritsail barge and steamer are on the right. The Giralda (1897) came second in a time of 7 hours 36 minutes and 47 seconds, just 2 minutes and 30 seconds behind the Centaur (1899).
