Magnetometer
A Magnetometer, used for recording horizontal intensity of geomagnetic variation, with two viewing plates and cover. It was used in Greenwich before being transferred in 1925 with the Magnetic Department to Abinger, Surrey, where it was used as a wide-range recorder. The magnet and mirror are missing.
