Seine (1859)
A quarter plate negative. A port near broadside view, taken from ahead of the beam, of the cable ship Seine (1859) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She has a black hull, a short funnel and three yards on each of her fore and main masts. Tilbury is in the background. Slight image movement. A Gould copy of a Gould photographic print made from whole plate negative number G1549.
