Waikato (1874)

A quarter plate negative. A starboard side view, taken from just ahead of the beam, of the 3 masted ship rigged vessel Waikato (1874) at moorings in Gravesend Reach, River Thames. She is rigged with double topsails, single topgallants and royals and has painted ports. She has canvas windsail ventilators rigged and a spritsail barge is alongside her port side. Tilbury is in the background. A Gould copy of a Gould photographic print made from whole plate negative number G2250.
