Yarmouth (1959) under construction.

A 2¼ square roll film negative. The Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) under construction in the East Yard of John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. The photographer is to starboard of the head of the berth looking aft and to port. The hull and deck plating from station 2½ to the stern is complete. The front, side and part of the aft plating for number 01 deck between stations 27½ and 41 has been fitted. Scaffolding has been erected outside the hull from station 2 aft. On the berth on the extreme left is the bottom plating of the cargo liner Clan Macindoe (1959), yard number 712.
