Yarmouth (1959) on board views on completion

A 2¼ square roll film negative. A deck view of the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. The photographer is on the quayside very close alongside the forecastle looking aft and to starboard showing the bridge, Mark 6 frogeye director and funnel at 01 deck level. Most of the bridge and deck fittings have canvas covers. A John Kelly Ltd coaster is proceeding downstream in the background.
