Yarmouth (1959) on board views on completion

A 2¼ square roll film negative. A deck view of the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. The photographer is looking aft and slightly to starboard from the centreline of 1 deck abaft the after superstructure, showing the Limbo mortar well on 2 deck. The stern refuse chute and the projectile davit are stowed to starboard of the well on 1 deck. Liferafts and a cordage reel are under canvas at the end of 1 deck.
