Yarmouth (1959) on board views on completion

A 2¼ square roll film negative. A deck view of the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. The photographer is looking forward and to port from the centreline of the quarterdeck, showing the port side ladder leading up to 1 deck and the open door of the mortar handing room. In the foreground is the canvas covered unifoxer winch. The Limbo mortar well is on the right.
