Yarmouth (1959) on board views on completion

A half plate sheet film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. In the forward lobby on 1 deck between 29 and 31½ stations looking to port and forward. In the left foreground is the hatch down to 2 deck. A first aid box is on the aft bulkhead. Fire hoses, cables with connector ends, a distribution box and a circuit junction box are on the bulkhead. The door to the navigating officer's cabin is at the end of the lobby.
