Yarmouth (1959) on board views on completion

A half plate sheet film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. In the switchboard room on the starboard side of 2 deck between 31 and 32½ stations. The photographer is looking to port showing the AC switchboard comprising Nos. 4, 5 and 6 rectifiers on the right with the DC control and communication switchboard comprising Nos. 1, 2 and 3 rectifiers beyond it. On the left is the automatic exchange room with fuse distribution panels beyond it. An emergency lamp is to the left of the door. A vertical format negative.
