Yarmouth (1959) on board views on completion

A half plate sheet film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. In the combined radar office on the port side of 2 deck between 36¼ and 41 stations. The photographer is looking forward and to starboard from the door showing a wooden table close to the forward bulkhead, a receiving panel and a visual display unit, each with their own operator's chair and a combined fuse and distribution panel. The doorway is on the extreme right.
