Yarmouth (1959) on board views on completion
A half plate sheet film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. In the preparing space on the starboard side of 2 deck between 41 and 46¼ stations. The photographer is looking to starboard from the archway leading into the servery. On the left is a covered sink with a potato peeling machine on the end. In the right foreground is an Hobart mixing and mincing machine. Beyond it is a worktop with cereal bins and a cool cupboard under it. In the corner is a full height Hallmark cool cupboard.
