Yarmouth (1959) on board views on completion

A half plate sheet film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. In the transmitter room on the starboard side of 2 deck between 49 and 52 stations. The photographer is looking forward and to port from the starboard aft corner showing a Type 693 transmitter next to a supply cabinet. On the left are two emergency aerials for Type 619H and a 44-way junction box for Type 693 No. 4.
