Yarmouth (1959) on board views on completion
A half plate glass negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. In the transmitter room on the starboard side of 2 deck between 49 and 52 stations. The photographer is looking forward on the port side showing a C.U.J. No. 3 cabinet on the right. On the left is a transmitter with a control circuit exchange unit, a filter unit and an emergency lamp beyond. A transformer and fuse panel are on the forward bulkhead.
