Yarmouth (1959) on board views on completion
A half plate glass negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. In the main passage on 2 deck at station 61 looking forward and to port. In the lobby on the left are a breathing apparatus cabinet with associated hoses, two fire party lockers and a ventilation fan and trunking. On the port bulkhead is an emergency lamp, a glazed noticeboard and three coils of electrical connector cables, between which is the door to the crews bathroom. A fire extinguisher is on the right.
