Yarmouth (1959) on board views on completion

A half plate sheet film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. In the gyro compass room on 3 deck between 34 and 35½ stations. The photographer is looking to starboard and slightly forward showing the gyro compass on the right. An alarm bell and a retransmission unit are on the starboard bulkhead and an AC/DC motor generator is in the corner. A distribution gyro unit, a junction box and an A.G.M.C. console rack are on the forward bulkhead. A vertical format negative.
