Yarmouth (1959) on board views on completion

A half plate sheet film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. In the seamen's mess on 3 deck between 68 and 75 stations. The photographer is looking forward on the port side showing a mess rack and three mess tables with bench seats. Bunk settees and a greatcoat locker are against the port side and kit lockers and a cleaning gear locker are against the forward bulkhead. Kit lockers are to starboard.
