Yarmouth (1959) on board views on completion

A half plate sheet film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. In the engineers spare gear store on the port side of 4 deck between 57 and 59 stations. The photographer is looking to port from the starboard side showing nests of metal cupboards and drawers. On the ship's side is a plaque with 'training datum mark' on it.
