A 35mm roll film negative. On board the Rothesay class type 12 frigate Rhyl (1959) in Devonport Dockyard. The photographer is on the forecastle in the eyes of the ship looking aft showing the arrangement of the anchor cables, hawse holes and the twin-headed steam capstan. Her 4.5 inch gun turret and MRS3 director are trained off the starboard bow. Bull Point and the Tamar Bridge are in the background
