A 35mm roll film negative. On board the commando carrier Hermes (1953) in the north yard of Devonport Dockyard in June 1973 towards the end of her conversion from a fixed wing aircraft carrier to a commando carrier. She recommissioned after conversion on 18 August 1973. The photographer is on the port side of the hangar at 161 station on 3 deck looking to starboard. On the starboard bulkhead is No. 5 fire point on the right, a NATO air panel, chemical foam drums, drop tank winch, a cable reel and an avcat fuel pumping system.
