A roll film negative. On board the Tribal class type 81 frigate Mohawk (1962) in Portsmouth Dockyard. She was in a dry dock from 21 March to 11 April 1972 when she moved to the South Railway Jetty. In the crew and Royal Marine's mess between 50 and 56 stations on 3 deck. The photographer is in the centre of the mess at 53 station looking aft showing kit, personal and coat lockers on the left with the guard rail to a watertight hatch beyond them. On the right are kit lockers, three rows of coat hooks, personal and coat lockers. A fire extinguisher is on the aft bulkhead. A vertical format negative.
