A roll film negative. On board the Tribal class type 81 frigate Mohawk (1962) in Portsmouth Dockyard. She was in a dry dock from 21 March to 11 April 1972 when she moved to the South Railway Jetty. In the steering gear compartment between 85 and 95 stations on 2 deck. The photographer is looking to port and up from the aft end on the port side showing a dan buoy head on a shelf in front of two S.D.D.E. (Surface demand diving equipment) cupboards. Three gas cylinders and a one gallon can of fluid disinfectant are on the right. A vertical format negative.
