On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Falmouth (1959) alongside the Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd fitting out berth at Wallsend on the River Tyne between 1 and 25 July 1961. The photographer is in the No. 1 A/S mortar handing room between 67¼ and 71 stations on the port side of 2 deck looking forward and to port from 70¾ station showing the Limbo mortar rack with a ready use locker and a work bench fitted with a Fortis vice. Against the port side of the ship is a fresh water tank, a fire gong and an N.R. Stretcher locker.
