A Teacher's whisky box is on the aft settee and an air conditioning unit is against the aft bulkhead. A table and three chairs are in the centre of the mess and a teapot, jug, sugar bowl, two ashtrays and cigarettes are on the table. In the starboard aft corner is a small bar with a Whitbread Tankard beer pump and a small artificial christmas tree on it. Christmas paper chain decorations are under the deckhead and christmas cards are along the top of the settees. A travelling clock on the air conditioning unit reads 11.10.
