        On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Berwick (1959) alongside the south wall in No.3 basin at Chatham Dockyard, near the end of her modernization which commenced 4 December 1967 and completed 4 June 1971.  The photographer is in the torpedo maintenance room between 54¼ and 57 stations on the starboard side of 1 deck looking aft and to starboard from 54½ station showing a wooden work bench, a telephone, stowages for a ramp plate, a wheel spanner and an hose, a vacuum pump and a Vanda panel against the starboard bulkhead. Two nitrogen bottles are in the corner.  Ramp stowage, a cupboard and a fire extinguisher are against the aft bulkhead next to the compartment door.
