        On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Berwick (1959) alongside the south wall in No.3 basin at Chatham Dockyard, near the end of her modernization which commenced 4 December 1967 and completed 4 June 1971.  The photographer is in the communications control transmitting section room (CCR(TX)) between 28 and 31 stations on the port side of 2 deck looking forward from 30 station showing a power supply panel, a Thermotank air conditioning unit and a telephone against the ship's side.  Type 692 radio cabinets No. 7 and No. 8 and cabinet CAW EAH No. 3 containing Nos. 5, 6, 7 and 8 type 692 resonators are against the forward bulkhead.  A vertical format negative.
