        On board the Type 12 frigate HMS Berwick (1959) alongside the south wall in No.3 basin at Chatham Dockyard, near the end of her modernization which commenced 4 December 1967 and completed 4 June 1971.  The photographer is in the main passageway (known as the Burma Road) between 41 and 49 stations on 2 deck looking aft from 44 station showing the servery and the lowerator plate dispensers on the left.  A starter panel, an emergency changeover switch and connection box, a covered cable stowage bracket and a fuse panel are against the boiler downtake bulkhead.  The open door to the provision issue room, some small switch boxes, a fan starter panel, a fuse panel, an open hatch leading down to 3 deck and a covered cable stowage bracket are on the right  The watertight door at 49 station is closed.  A vertical format negative.
