The house flag of Baring Brothers, London and Liverpool. The flag is made of wool bunting, machine sewn with a linen hoist. A rope and wooden toggle is attached.

A rectangular flag divided vertically blue and red. In the centre a crest of a pair of white wings with a five-pointed star above.
