        On board the Type 12 general purpose frigate Plymouth (1959) alongside the south side of number 3 basin in Chatham Dockyard at the end of a modernization which commenced in August 1966.  The ship is berthed starboard side to the quay.  The photographer is in the galley servery between 44½ and 46 stations on the starboard side of 2 deck looking aft and to starboard showing a shelf rack with five trays of breadcrumbed escallops or fish on the top and empty trays and tins below.  A litter bin and fire extinguisher are against the end of the shelf unit.  An automatic emergency lantern is against the aft bulkhead.  Two infra-red heater switches and a fuse panel are against the starboard bulkhead.  A vertical format negative.
