A port side view, taken from well ahead of the beam, of the Canadian Pacific Steamships cruise ship Melita (1918) at anchor in a Norwegian fjord. Her starboard anchor is deployed and she is flying the Blue Peter from the starboard yardarm on her foremast. Four of her lifeboats are in the water and one of her forward lifeboats is suspended in its falls just above the water. Her midships shell door is open.
