She is wearing a decorated caribou(?) skin and fur parka and decorated mukluk or kamiik boots on her feet. The photograph was taken in the main hall of the Arts and Community building at Holman, Victoria Island.

On 28 July they were taken to Holman on Victoria Island by helicopter to see local Inuit art and learn about traditional hunting and fishing.
