5 page dyeline copy of a handwritten specification for a model of the fore and main mast of a ship fully rigged, with all possible sail set, for instructional purpose on board HMS Black Prince (1861), a broadside ironclad frigate, when hulked as a harbour training ship from 1896. A similar model had been made for HMS Impregnable (1856), the converted 121-gun three-decker HMS Howe (1856), renamed in 1886.
