Approaching the heli-pad on the stern of the ice breaker Kapitan Dranitsyn (1980) in Cambridge Bay.
Approaching the heli-pad on the stern of the ice breaker Kapitan Dranitsyn (1980) in Cambridge Bay, Victoria Island. The photographer was sitting at the front and gives a clear view of the aft part of the superstructure and a red/white helicopter already on the deck (registration mark PA[?] -14274). Part of the helicopter control panel obscures the stern of the ship. Ivy Sharp and the other passengers were transferred from ship to shore and back again by helicopter. Slight unsharp image.
