A very distant starboard broadside view of the Royal Navy light cruiser Tiger (1945) under way in the North Atalntic off north-west Scotland. A Danish Navy Bellona class corvette (1954) is astern of the Tiger (1945) and another escort is in the distance. Vice-Admiral Frank R Twiss was on board the Tiger commanding a fleet of 46 ships drawn from six NATO nations for exercise Flat Rock which took place in the waters off Cape Wrath and Loch Ewe between 16 and 24 October 1963.
