On board the Royal Navy type 12 frigate Falmouth (1959) under way in the Atlantic west of Gibraltar during the NATO exercise Riptide III. The photographer is on the port side of the bridge top looking up, to starboard and aft at the foremast. On the left is the Mark 6M director and abaft it is the mesh dish aerial for the Type 277Q radar. On the mast platform are the aerials for the types 978 and 293Q radars and the HF/DF coil is at the masthead. The negative is scratched.
