Houses on top of a cliff.

A view across a ravine from an elevated position looking up at three and four-storey buildings built along the edge of a tree-line cliff. Some areas are built up with a wall, behind which is a municipal building. There is a cactus of the genus 'Opuntia'. The location is unknown, but looks likely to be Mediterranean Europe based on the style of the buildings and flora. A possible location is Malta.
