Surrendered German Submarines off Gosport.
A closer view, taken from a boat low on the water, of three surrendered German submarines alongside the scout cruiser HMS Fearless (1912) of the U87-U92 type, U151-U156 type and the UB III type.
The possible submarines are U91, broken up in 1921, of the U87-type; U151, U155, U152, or U153 of the U151-type; and about 33 of the UB III type were still in existance in 1921.
The original negative envelope was labelled: 'German submarines 1.6.21'.
