A slightly distant starboard broadside view of the Royal Navy frigate Cleopatra (1964) under way during the Western Fleet exercise Seaforth in the North Sea. Her pendant number is F28 and a large number of her crew are gathered on deck. Other frigates are in line abreast beyond her. The identity of the photographer's ship is not known but it may be one of the frigates Danae (1965) or Juno (1965).
