An aerial view of the town of Aalesund and the harbour in Norway, taken from Aksla Hill looking west towards the island of Heissa. On the south side of the town is the passenger cruise liner Lancastria (1922) alongside the Storneskaia. The Indre Havn entrance on the north side of the town is protected by a breakwater and a small steam coaster is at a quay inside the Indre Havn.
